This place has unnecessary and unfairly bad reviews. I stayed there on the night of the williams lake stampede where I could not find any other hotel vacancy. The place was cleaner than expected, it is an old historic building. The only draw back was the smell of a male cat scent that had sprayed on the carpet in my room. If you are allergic to pets, then this place is not for you. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A very friendly nice and hard working young lady attended to me. The place was relatively cheap. Everything worked well in my room even tho it was old. People should learn that you get what you pay for and should stop needlessly expecting way too much for the little they paid. I say kudoos.
The guy named Jordan really helped me out.. he was very professional friendly and very good in hospitality… really good customer servoce..
Excellent place to stay in Williams lake. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent and helpful. It's quiet at night and felt like a safe neighborhood. Food and groceries are within walking distance. I plan on staying there again for my next visit.
Me and my Mom arrived here at this lodge after driving from Vancouver for appointments. When we arrived we were told our room with two beds got booked by someone who stayed an extra day. We were concerned at first but the owners gave us our own room to rectify the situation. We were very happy they did this and at no extra charge. If you’re coming through I recommend this place and the owners are super nice. I will be staying here again if we come through and need a place to crash! The rooms are spacious, the TV has more channels than the hotel in Vancouver. It’s by no means luxury but we were very happy with the cleanliness and space. Totally recommend!!!
